Galena Park I.S.D. strives to make all students successful communicators within the academic setting and prepare them to communicate successfully as future adults. GPISD provides speech and language services to students ages 3-21 that qualify with a communication disorder on all GPISD campuses. Speech Therapy services are provided for students with various communication impairments; including Articulation, Language, Pragmatic Skills (social communication), Fluency (stuttering), Voice, Auditory Habilitation/Rehabilitation and Swallowing Disorders by Speech Language Pathologists and Speech Language Pathologist Assistants.
