Vision Statement:

My vision for the 10th-grade campus is that we are a solid introduction into the high School arena for incoming Freshmen. What I mean is, we have a campus that is inviting, accessible, and creates a learning environment that students want to attend.

Educational Philosophy:

My educational philosophy is that all students can learn. I will qualify this by saying that all students can learn in an environment that is conducive to learning. This begins with me as an educator. I must be able to develop positive working relationships with my students. I must gain their trust so that they know when they have a problem they can come to me for help. I also must be an expert in all types of teaching strategies, especially cutting-edge technology-based strategies that will actively engage all students. Creating lifelong learners must be my goal as an educator.

Vision Statement:

My vision for our campus, North Shore 10th Grade Center, is to create a culture of inclusion where all students feel safe and understand their full potential. Moreover, our aim is to encourage each child to be independent and develop a sense of responsibility for themselves and respect for others while transitioning to become young and productive adults.

Educational Philosophy:

My educational philosophy is centered around seeing the whole student and allowing the student to grow academically and personally by placing the necessary building blocks in place for all students. As an educator, I also believe strongly in exposing students to authentic learning experiences so that they have equal opportunities for careers and other experiences dependent upon the students’ desired path for their future. Ultimately, through a multitude of learning experiences and teachable moments, the goal is to produce productive and contributing members of society.
